Honey Lung debut new video for ‘Sophomore’ ahead of the band’s Dork Live show

They’ve also confirmed a new tour with Citizen.

Honey Lung have released a new video for their track ‘Sophomore’ – check it out below, first on Dork.

“We were lucky enough to work with a huge and very talented team of film makers who really brought out the essence of the song on film,” the band explain, “basically having people rely on you, who accept you no matter who you are. It’s shot in our hometown, with all our friends and it really captures the magic and frailty of this time in our lives.”

The clip precedes the band’s Dork Live show at Bedford Esquires on 28th July; visit readdork.com/shows for details. They’ve also announced a new run of dates with Citizen this October, with the nights in the UK.

“We’re super excited to be joining Citizen on their tour,” they add, “can’t wait to watch them every night. We’ll be heading out to Europe for the first time and we’re hoping to play some of our own headline shows on the way back too – as you can imagine we’re pretty thrilled that we get to meet our fans over the channel. Expect epic Polaroid tour diaries!”
