DYVE releases his debut single ‘Half Awake’ on 20th January via Veta Records.
It’s an intimate track that Adam Cleaver penned after a period travelling around Europe, and sees him deal with insecurities over rythmic electronics and lush soundscapes – and you can check it out below, first on Dork.
“’Half Awake’ was a bit of an arrival for me,” he explains. “It strikes a balance, retaining the lyricism of my previous work, while capturing the more rhythmic energy that I want to explore further. DYVE has become the vehicle in pursuit of maintaining that balance.”
