Rag ‘n’ Bone Man has been announced as the winner of 2017’s BRITS Critics Choice award.
The new music nod, which has previously been snared by the likes of Adele, Florence + The Machine, Ellie Goulding and James Bay, is a pretty good indicator for who’s about to go bloody massive in 2017 – with Rag ‘n’ Bone Man capturing the main prize from fellow nominees Dua Lipa and Anne-Marie.
Speaking about the win, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man said:
“I thought they had made a mistake. I was up against two pop giants. It’s bloody brilliant! I’m crazy happy. Proper massive grin.”

He’ll head out on a huge UK tour next April to celebrate it all, darting around the country for a run which includes two nights at London’s Shepherds Bush Empire – along with a headline Spotlight Show appearance at The Great Escape in May.
